Newsletter

Each week, Little Crickets Sunderland sends out a newsletter to parents via email, offering a warm and informative look into the week's activities. The newsletter includes highlights from across the nursery, updates from staff, and a preview of what’s coming up. It also shares reminders, key dates, and any important changes. Sent out every Friday, the newsletter is a valuable way for parents to stay connected with their child’s learning journey and the wider nursery community.

Parents’ Evening

At Little Crickets Sunderland, we hold regular parents’ evenings to discuss each child's development, milestones, and progress. These meetings give parents the opportunity to speak directly with their child’s teacher and learn more about their experiences in the setting. If there’s anything you’d like to speak about outside of these scheduled evenings, you’re always welcome to contact your child’s key worker or the nursery office directly by phone or email. Appointments can also be arranged by calling us on 0191 510 0726.

Uniform

Our uniform policy at Little Crickets Sunderland ensures that children are dressed comfortably and appropriately for their day. Uniforms can be ordered directly from our trusted suppliers: Michael Sehgal & Son and Rawcliffes Stockton. Parents should make their purchases through these suppliers to ensure children are wearing the correct clothing each day.
